Following the acquisition survey undertaken by the Building Consultancy team, JLL was appointed by Orchard Street Investment Management to deliver a high quality refurbishment of the tired office space and plant.
Working with a full design team, including architect, services consultant, structural engineer and cost manager, the team delivered the project under a 2-stage tender process, to allow an early completion date.
The project was completed on time and the building is now successfully let.
