Wanda Group, one of the biggest leisure and hotel operators in China, enter the  UK with this outstanding development. The proposed works include demolition of former CGMA Market Towers building and construction of two new towers 53 and 55 storeys tall. One shall comprise a new luxury 5-star hotel and the other shall comprise high-end residential accommodation.

Demolition is already under way with foundation and basement construction due to commence in the first quarter of 2015. JLL ‘s Neighbourly Matters team has been instructed to provide statutory advice under the Party Wall etc Act 1996 as well as other neighbourly matters advice to the client to facilitate the development. The development is scheduled for completion in 2017.
