Delivering unique and inventive hotel experiences to London’s Tech City


Supporting the launch of the nhow brand into the UK



Supporting’s nhow’s launch into Shoreditch and the redevelopment of 250 City Road with a fit-out of a 190 key hotel within a signature Fosters design building.

After creating nhow-branded establishments in Milan, Berlin and Santiago de Chile, the NH Hotel Group wanted to achieve their ambition of launching their inventive and chameleonic hotel experiences in London’s creative hub.

JLL’s Project and Cost Management teams collaborated to undertake a complete fit-out of the eight floor hotel, in a mixed-use new development of offices, flats and retail sites within landscaped gardens on City Road.

With their fit-out of the hotel’s diverse rooms, restaurant, bar, gym and meeting facilities, the teams ensured that the hotel mesmerises at every turn, championing nhow’s vision of providing hotel experiences that “awaken the senses” and leave every guest with an unforgettable experience.
