The iconic Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) have collaborated with our Project Management team to conduct a major refurbishment of their HQ in Moorgate Place, London, with a focus on driving a first class experience for employees and value for the organisation. As an old building with inefficient pockets of space, the site presented a challenge for our team. While preserving the heritage of the building, we introduced a fit-out that made effective use of the space, supporting productivity gains by introducing flexible working and areas for collaboration. In addition to the main office space, the team also created events space, meetings rooms and a modernised Great Hall, helping ICAEW to drive revenue from their HQ by letting out these spaces for external events. The end result? A fantastic workplace for ICAEW employees that has opened up new revenue channels for the organisation.
