With a 6-week turnaround and wide geographical spread, this portfolio required a joint effort from across JLL. A vast quantity of information needed to be reviewed, as well as inspections of each individual property, alongside discussions with asset managers for outstanding issues.


Our approach involved clear, succinct instructions from the get-go, as well as efficient working practices across numerous valuation teams across the country. VAST – our Valuation Advisory Service Team – was utilised to assist us and maintaining regular communication with the client to ensure that we were always answering their queries.


JLL’s UK valuation team delivered within the set timescales – resulting in a happy client. The management of the instruction was widely regarded as a success by both the client (one central point of contact) and the wider JLL team (receiving clear and consistent instructions).
