The Finzels Reach development by Cubex Land is a significant regeneration project which will accommodate 2,500 people either living or working in the quarter by the end of 2019.
JLL were appointed to manage the development of two new 8-10 storey blocks to provide a mix of studio, 1-bed and 2-bed apartments together with ground floor retail, amenity space and basement areas. The amenity areas include a concierge, gym, library, rooftop lounge for residents and rooftop terraces.
As well as the principal building contract, JLL also managed the terms of the development agreement with Grainger to ensure a successful handover to their asset management teams.
