Project Management,
Engineer to the Contract

The brief from the Wellington City Council was to create a new amenity at the Wellington Botanical Gardens for the public to explore and learn about conservation and plant species.

We helped them achieve this by acting as their Project Manager and engineer to the contract in leading the design and contractor teams through the delivery of a complex project of civil works, hard-and-soft landscaping, and construction of a new community building.

The project resulted in transforming a steep hillside into a highly interactive conservation amenity known as the Discovery Garden that is well-used and enjoyed by the general public.
