JLL acted as the project manager to ensure the timely delivery of this complex investment project for Digital Time Limited. Technical challenges included the Government Submission and the installation of four new escalators and one new lift. The project was delivered on time through a robust communication protocol to ensure all teams, including the different Government departments, were informed throughout the length of the project.
