Femy Ibrahim

Senior Director - Occupancy Planning Operations EMEA & APAC

Before Femy joined JLL, unbeknown to her was a huge global platform on which people can develop their careers, not just locally but internationally. “I started my JLL career in Singapore in 2012, then to my surprise in the summer of 2015 I had a great opportunity to make the jump, moving to London.”

Our People. We are open, honest and ethical.

Femy Ibrahim, Senior Director - Occupancy Planning Operations EMEA & APAC

Femy has held a few roles in JLL, she was Supply Chain and Sourcing Manager for a large client account across APAC. After about 18 months she was asked to increase her remit to also include the EMEA region. This opened the door to her move to London where she held two further positions.

“I was moved onto an FMCG account heading an amazing Supply Chain team for EMEA until I transitioned into my most recent role as the Occupancy Planning Operations Director for EMEA and APAC.”

It was not just the opportunity to go back to her earlier experience of working on FMCG accounts that attracted Femy to JLL. “I was aware that JLL had a good reputation as a strong employer and a company that people want to work for. That fact that we repeatedly are named as one of the Most Ethical Companies is one of my personal favourites too.”

JLL has recently been awarded most ethical company for the 11th consecutive year.

In her new role, she has only been in the position for 6 months, Femy is amazed at how fast they are growing in occupancy planning. “Since I joined in March we have recruited around 45 employees across APAC & EMEA. I am very excited to be a part of this growth and helping to decide the team that joins us.”

Though, Femy does not put her success just down to her own individual skillset, she believes JLL has helped her through this journey since 2012. “JLL gives you the authority to explore, try, make mistakes, think outside the box and do things your way. This has been an important contributor to my success with JLL.”
