If a member of the JLL Alumni introduces an individual to the company who is subsequently employed, a charitable donation of £250 may be payable to a charity of their choice. The donation is only made for the successful recruitment of the new employee to JLL or LaSalle Investment Management where no employment agency or search firm fee is paid and payment is subject to the qualifying criteria.
The new employee must have received confirmation that they have successfully completed his/her probationary period and not be under notice, for whatever reason, at the date the donation is to be made.
A bonus will not be payable if the candidate is applying for a position as a Graduate Trainee Surveyor.
You must email the CV of the candidate directly to firstname.lastname@example.org, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the CV and the Recruitment team will keep you informed of the status of the application.

When the new employee has successfully completed their probation, a member of the HR team will be in contact with you to request the name of the charity you would like the donation payable to.
