Virginia Rothwell, JLL UK

Virginia has been with JLL since 2014, bringing experience from an extensive range of business and sectors including, technology, professional services, retail and retail banking.

Before arriving at JLL, Virginia sat on the executive Boards of other multinationals, leading significant change agendas in areas including talent management, organisational design and development, employee engagement, restructuring and resourcing agendas.

She hasn’t taken a typical HR career path, in fact Virginia fell into the career, before leaving to become a technology consultant. However, she has been drawn back, believing it’s one of toughest jobs you can take on whilst most rewarding!

Virginia and her colleagues are helping to shape our business for the future by taking advantage of the digital age and increasing the diversity of our workforce.
