Philip Marsden
Lead Director – Capital Markets
Philip is a Lead Director in the Capital Markets team across the UK and European region and has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate sector.
Following the merger of King Sturge and Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011, Philip became an International Director and is a member of the JLL UK Board and the Executive Committee. As well as being a Lead Director within EMEA, he is a member of the Global Capital Markets Board

Philip is based in London, within the UK and European Capital Markets team, but started his career working in Belgium and has spent time working in other countries, including France. He has subsequently worked all over Europe.
He has excellent contacts and a prolific track record across European real estate investment markets.
Philip specialises in acquisition, funding, development, capital raising and disposal for a range of UK and international clients across the EMEA region.
Philip has previously gained Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) approval. During his career his affiliations have included: member of the Fellow of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
He attended Brighton College and Reading University.
