HR Director, UK

Karen is HR Director and spearheads all of JLL’s HR operations in the UK.

“People are the driving force behind everything we do at JLL and we want to do our utmost to ensure that all our employees have a positive working experience.”

Karen joined JLL in 1995 to lead the business' graduate scheme before going on to become an integral part of the learning & development and recruitment teams, she then took on the role as HR Business Partner and adviser to the UK Board.

She is responsible for all of JLL’s HR operations in the UK in addition to driving and implementing global employee-focused strategies in the UK as JLL supports its people and clients worldwide. Karen works alongside JLL’s global HR colleagues whose mission is to attract and offer an exceptional employee experience to our people.
