Chief Human Resources Officer, EMEA
Danielle is responsible for the strategy around JLL’s 16,000 people in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Danielle found her calling early on in life. She completed undergraduate and Master degrees in Human Resources, and worked in senior regional and global HR roles mainly in the telecoms industry and in technology services companies Dell and Atos.
She built on her passion for people with Executive leadership qualifications (including at Harvard Business School), and is a member of the Board of Directors at digital payments leader Worldline Global.
Based in Paris, she joined JLL in 2017. Under her watch JLL has completely overhauled its employee organisational structure and promotion process, launched a brand new HR platform, and rolled out a new leadership development programme for high achievers.
The physical workplace plays an important role in employee wellbeing and how they perform at work. Danielle also oversees the Corporate Real Estate function, which manages the strategy for the buildings JLL people work in.
When it comes to leisure time, Danielle can be found making waves or making music. She enjoys sailing, singing and playing guitar. She has one grown-up daughter.
