Anne-Sophie’s career has spanned a range of roles, all focused on people. Having been a head hunter and an external HR consultant, she then made the move in-house, with senior HR leadership positions in leading companies.

One of her professional passions is creating environments and corporate cultures in which people can thrive.  Previously, she was Global Head of Human Resources at AXA Investment Managers where she spearheaded strategies to attract, retain and develop employees, and led the transformation of the HR department.  And prior to joining JLL in May 2019, as Chief People Officer at Aviva she was responsible for internal communications, employee engagement and employer branding.

In addition to Human Resources, Anne-Sophie also leads the Corporate Real Estate function, overseeing the strategy for JLL’s own corporate real estate portfolio – from how the offices look and feel, to ensuring they operate sustainably.

With a vision to build a better tomorrow not only for our people, but for broader communities, Anne-Sophie is president of a not-for-profit organisation involved in offering alternative schooling to children with learning difficulties. She also mentors proptech and employee-engagement start-ups.  Based in Paris, she likes to relax by travelling the world with her husband and twin daughters.
