Andrew Frost, JLL UK

By way of an Accounting degree, Andrew started his career at real estate services provider Savills, leaving 13 years later as a Director. As a Partner at King Sturge, he co-founded the UK Residential business, and following the merger with JLL in 2011 was appointed Head of UK Residential. He added the EMEA remit in 2017.

As the global population continues to grow, we must be smarter about how we provide housing on a whole lifecycle basis, from student through to retirement. Andrew is focused on investing in capabilities that support the re-purposing of commercial land and buildings, and introducing capital and opportunities to the fast-growing Build-to-Rent / Private Rented sectors. In addition, a commitment to technology means the consumer-facing part of the business operates as a truly modern digital agency, with physical branches and significant online presence.

Andrew’s finance-related degree still comes in handy despite his early career switch to property. He has led and contributed to many successful acquisitions for JLL.

He is married to Laura, who is from the Netherlands. Together they have three sons, with whom Andrew enjoys skiing, rugby, tennis and even a bit of fishing if he ever gets the chance.
