ISAE 3402 assurance

The Property & Asset Management division has secured a third party controls assurance report for the seventh consecutive year in keeping with our goals of openness and transparency.

The ISAE 3402 "Assurance Reports on Controls at a Service Organization" gives our clients assurance about our internal controls and is seen as a key differentiator in the property and financial services sector.  It underlines our commitment to ensure that the properties we are instructed to manage are in safe hands and that key risks are monitored and mitigated.  We are confident that our approach adds real value to our clients in the ever complex and demanding real estate environment.
