Two new recruits bolster Jones Lang LaSalle’s growing Retail Marketing team

Tom Farley and Ali Johnson join its Leeds office

Leeds, 19th April 2011 – Due to the continued growth of its Retail Marketing business in the north of England, Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Tom Farley as a Marketing Account Manager and Ali Johnson as Senior Account Manager, both based in Leeds.
Tom, who graduated with a BA Hons in Advertising & Marketing from De Montfort University Leicester in 2008, has joined from Land Securities.  He has a total of four years’ marketing experience working agency side and in-house on a range of accounts in the retail and property sectors.
Ali Johnson has joined from Raw Creative and has over 10 years’ integrated marketing experience including event management and digital marketing.  More recently she has successfully created and implemented 'below the line' campaigns including word of mouth, social media and viral marketing for clients as diverse as EA Games, BBC, Nintendo, 02 and Kellogg's.
Kaye Walker, head of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Retail Marketing team in the North of England, said: “Tom and Ali’s arrival strengthens the Retail Marketing team and will ensure both our new and existing clients continue benefit from an experienced and quality service.”
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Retail Marketing team is a specialist service which delivers a full range of high-impact marketing services including shopping centre communications to centre owners.  Over the past 12 months the firm has more than doubled the turnover of this business line as well as tripling (from 10 to 30) the number of shopping centres it provides marketing services to.  Recent new instructions include Hounds Hill in Blackpool and Quadrant Shopping Centre in Swansea.
