Jones Lang LaSalle Invests in Nottingham

With new statement offices in City Gate

JLL Nottingham Office RelocationNottingham, 5 November 2013 - Jones Lang LaSalle has announced it is relocating its Nottingham team to City Gate, the 180,000 sq ft office building, located in the city’s central business district.

The property firm, which opened its doors in Nottingham in 2005, has taken a suite on the building's fourth floor and will take up residence on November 18, 2013.

Matthew Smith, lead director of Jones Lang LaSalle's Nottingham office, said: "This is an exciting time for the team. Our move to new premises from our nearby Park Row offices reflects the firm's commitment to investing in its East Midlands business and our presence in the city."

City Gate provides the right fit for Jones Lang LaSalle, with its offices sitting alongside other leading firms such as Ernst Young, IBM, Handelsbanken and Gateley. The high specification fit-out is to be project managed by Tetris Projects Ltd, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Matthew Smith added: “With a current headcount of nearly 20 staff, the move gives us much improved office space. We are introducing new ways of working, inspired by the workplace strategy adopted at e.on’s new facility at Trinity House, Nottingham which we let.  Our emphasis is on utilising technology and cloud storage to free our desk space and improve efficiency. We believe the benefits of creating a more attractive, flexible working environment which supports our growth projections, will also promote greater communication and creativity within our teams.

"We are also looking to enhance our visitor experience with client meeting spaces that reflect JLL’s global brand."
