Jones Lang LaSalle’s boosts its technical Energy and Sustainability capability

London, 19th May 2011 – Jones Lang LaSalle’s Energy and Sustainability Services team has appointed two new joiners from professional services provider, Turner and Townsend.  Nevin Sood joins Jones Lang LaSalle as Associate Director and Chris Spicer joins as Senior Consultant.

Both Nevin and Chris bring to the firm a wealth of experience in relation to energy cost management, whole life costing and business case modelling of carbon mitigation measures. They will be delivering and further refining Jones Lang LaSalle's CRC services, as well as developing bespoke energy management programmes and advising on the improvement of energy/carbon efficiency for Jones Lang LaSalle clients.

Julie Hirigoyen, Head of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Energy and Sustainability Services team, said: “We warmly welcome Nevin and Chris.  Their skills and experience complement our team perfectly and their appointments demonstrate the evolution of our sustainability offer to our clients, key to which is the growth in demand for decarbonisation advice as a means of enhancing asset value.”

Supporting this growth, Jones Lang LaSalle’s UK Sustainability web pages have been recently re-launched to clearly outline the five core areas of expertise. The web pages contain a wealth of information on the full range of Sustainability services offered under Strategy & Reporting, Benchmarking & Accounting, Assessment & Certification, Development & Refurbishment and Portfolio Management.
