BUPA sign up for space on Kensington High street, London, W8

Jones Lang LaSalle and Knight Frank advise Landlord

London, 26th May 2011 – On behalf of a private Landlord joint advisors Jones Lang LaSalle and Knight Frank have successfully leased 6,900 sq ft on the third and fourth floors at 37-45 Kensington High Street, London, W8 to BUPA, the health insurance providers. BUPA have signed  a new 15 year lease with breaks at years 5 and 10 at a rent of £40 per sq ft.

The building is a brand new  development comprising 14,000 sq ft and provides modern contemporary office accommodation. Located in the heart of Kensington the property is a short walk from Hyde Park and benefits from excellent communication links.
