Chris Moore recruited from Colliers International

Chris to lead JLLH’s regional UK Licensed Leisure & Hotels business


London, 4th July 2011 - Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels announced today the appointment of Chris Moore as a Director to lead  its UK Licensed Leisure and Hotels team with a specific brief to grow the firm’s  UK regional hotels business. Chris joins from Colliers International where he is currently Head of Hotels.

With a sector specialist team based in London, Birmingham, Exeter, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow, Chris will focus on developing the breadth of Jones Lang LaSalle 's  service to clients across the hospitality  sector .

Jon Hubbard, Managing Director for Northern Europe at Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels said: “With over 25 years’ hotels experience, Chris has an excellent reputation across the industry and his expertise and long standing track record will enhance our already strong offering to our clients.”

“Chris will be instrumental in driving growth  in the regional hotel and licensed leisure sectors where he will work closely with Harry Hawksby and Keith McBain who lead the English and Scottish Licensed Leisure teams respectively, and with the core Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Northern European Hotels team based in London. His appointment comes at a time when there are strong signs of improved liquidity in the market, as investors and lenders seek to move forward after two difficult years.”

Jones Lang LaSalle launched its national Licensed Leisure & Hotels team in 2009 which provides sales, lettings, acquisition, valuation, development and restructuring advice across the broad spectrum of licensed and leisure property including restaurants, pubs, hotels and golf courses.
