Jones Lang LaSalle advise Brewer Dolphin relocation to Penrith, Cumbria


Manchester, 19th September 2011 - Investment firm Brewin Dolphin moved its Cumbrian office from Keswick to larger premises in Penrith.
 
Since setting up a Cumbrian office in 2006 with a team of just three staff, Brewin Dolphin now has 11 members of staff working there with £200m under management. The larger new office is in Junction 40 Business Park.

Peter Martin, head of the Cumbrian office, said: “We spent a long time searching for the right premises and we are delighted with the new space in Penrith. We hope clients will enjoy the more conveniently located premises, which provide a perfect meeting environment for clients and contacts.”
Philip Brown, newly recruited investment manager, said: “The move marks the start of a new era for us in Penrith. We are looking forward to becoming more involved in the Penrith business scene and we are confident that the team will continue to grow and build on the successes of the past five years.”
