Hall Aitken snap up last remaining suite at 125 Buchanan Street

Glasgow, 27 September 2011 - Hall Aitken, one of the UK’s leading social and economic regeneration consultancies, has taken occupancy of the last remaining suite on 125 Buchanan Street in the heart of Glasgow.

The third floor north of 125 Buchanan Street comprising 1,300 sq ft has been let on a five year lease to Hall Aitken, following the consultancy’s move from previous offices on West George Street. The letting means that the property is now fully occupied with Hall Aitken joining a number of other tenants including, Walker Fraser Steele Chartered Surveyors and Grapevine Recruitment.

Established in 1988, Hall Aitken specialises in helping excluded people and disadvantaged communities. The consultancy also has offices in London and Manchester.
Colin McGhee, from Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “Many occupiers in Glasgow are still looking for city centre premises at affordable rates, so it’s easy to see why 125 Buchanan Street is such an attractive prospect. The property is ideally situated in the heart of Glasgow’s city centre with high quality office space and excellent public transport links.”

Jones Lang LaSalle acted with SL Property Consultants as joint agents on behalf of La Salle Investment Management.
