Country Casuals assigns store in Sevenoaks to Up and Running

London, 21 October2011 – Country Casuals has disposed of its store at 150 High Street, Sevenoaks, to Up and Running, as part of its strategy to procure larger stores to house its dual trading Country Casuals/Viyella brands.

Up and Running, the UK’s largest specialist independent running retailer, has taken an assignment of the Country Casuals lease, which has a passing rent of £46,700 per annum and is due to expire in March 2014. The shop has a ground floor area of 992 sqft and first floor storage of 134 sq ft.

The self-contained office on the first and second floors, totalling 1,445 sqft,is sublet to Greenaway chartered accountantson a co-terminus lease at a current passing rent of £21,500 per annum.
