New West End store for Aquascutum

Jones Lang LaSalle advises clothing retailer Aquascutum on its return to London’s West End. 

London, 4nd September 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle’s Central London Retail team has advised Aquascutum on its search for a new West End of London store, helping them land an assignment of the Swarovski lease at 24 Great Marlborough Street.

Regent StreetDue to open in Autumn 2013, the 4,456 square feet store is located opposite Liberty Department store in the heart of the West End. Trading across both ground and first floor, the spacious new store will incorporate a new modern design concept.

The new store will carry luxury tailoring and outerwear for menswear, a selection of contemporary interpretations of traditional and directional pieces for womenswear and junior. It will also showcase Aquascutum’s latest category offering a modern fun interpretation of classic pieces for children between the ages of 4 and 10.
