City centre office move for Mastek (UK) Ltd

In Jones Lang LaSalle letting deal

Leeds, 8th November 2011 – Enterprise technology solutions business Mastek (UK) Ltd has relocated in Leeds city centre in a deal brokered by property consultants, Jones Lang LaSalle.

Mastek (UK) Ltd  has taken a five-year lease on 2,195 sq. ft. of offices on the fourth floor of  36, Park Row, in the letting in which the National Office Agency Team at Jones Lang LaSalle, Leeds, acted for landlord, DTZ Investment Management, London.

Global business, Mastek (UK) Ltd, which also has UK offices in Reading and London, was previously based in offices at 100, Wellington Street, Leeds.
Jones Lang LaSalle Leeds-based National Office Agency team, senior surveyor, Tom Brammeld, said: “Mastek (UK) Ltd is a strong global business and a useful addition to the tenant mix for these offices in the heart of Leeds’ professional services area which offers good quality space close to a wide range of city centre amenities and car parking.
“DTZ Investment Management is soon to start a full refurbishment of the reception and common parts of 36 Park Row to raise the quality of the property in the local market and continue to make it attractive to high-quality tenants.”

A total of 11, 516 sq ft is still available at 36 Park Row in suites from 1,600 sq. ft. in the six-storey building where other tenants include  BPP University College.
