The University and College Union (UCU) has taken 2,697 sq ft offices at 49 St Paul’s Street, in a deal brokered by the National Office Agency team at property consultants, Jones Lang LaSalle, acting for landlord, Patrick G. Kelly, Leeds. The London office of Keningtons acted for UCU.

UCU has taken the ground floor offices on a ten-year lease. Other tenants in the property include technology recruitment specialist, Mortimer Spinks and IT business, Trend Micro.

Jones Lang LaSalle Leeds-based National Office Agency team, senior surveyor, Tom Brammeld, said: “UCU is an important addition to the tenant mix for this well-established Leeds city centre office location which offers very good quality space close to local amenities.”
