Jones Lang LaSalle wins ‘Property Adviser of the Year – Industrial and Distribution’ at Estates Gazette property awards

Tim Johnson picked up the award in front of 600 property professionals following a sensational year.

The Jones Lang LaSalle Industrial team was crowned ‘Property Adviser of the Year – Industrial and Distribution’ at the Estates Gazette property awards ceremony on 8 December 2011 at the Hilton Hotel on Park Lane.
Short listed in a category alongside CBRE, Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield, Tim Johnson picked up the award in front of 600 property professionals following a sensational year that has seen the combined industrial and logistics leasing team transact more than 26m sq ft of space across the UK.

The judges of this category could not have been more emphatic, commenting on the result that: “The combination of Jones Lang LaSalle and King Sturge has the potential to create a future category killer. A hands-down winner.”
As a team, they completed the largest number of leasing deals of all industrial agents, including the £123m sale of the AEW portfolio.

Commenting on last night’s award, Director Tim Johnson said: ”It is always good to have our achievements recognised and our two teams together are now a massively powerful force in both the industrial and logistics sectors throughout the UK. Our regional strength has enabled us to improve our agency positioning in the market backed up by our professional and advisory specialists and high quality research. It is a big team effort.”
