Only one industrial unit remaining at Saturn Court, North Tyneside


Newcastle, 17th January 2012 – Advanced Industrial Solutions have taken 14,000sqft of industrial space at Gladedale Capital’s Saturn Court in North Tyneside, leaving only one unit remaining.
 
Jones Lang LaSalle, who are acting as agents on the development with GVA, have successfully let units 9,10 and 11 to the industrial services specialists who already occupy a 5,000sqft unit on the business park. 
 
Advanced Industrial Solutions are leading providers of industrial services to clients throughout the industrial and Oil & Gas sectors.  They are taking the additional space at Saturn Court to expand their existing training facilities.
Saturn Court is part of the highly-successful Orion Business Park, located at the junction of the A19 and the A1058 Coast Road. 
 
The development consists of 11 high specification units ranging from 3,500sqft to 5,000sqft.  Jones Lang LaSalle has previously let 8,500sqft to parcel delivery company Interlink Express and a 4,500sqft unit to North Tyneside Autos on the business park.
 
The scheme follows Gladedale’s successful Neptune Court development, which offers a similar range of units and is now 90% occupied. The developments have attracted a range of businesses including Orion Cash & Carry, Parmley Technologies, Rockbit Ltd, Hogg Pneumatic Solutions and PPD Digital Print.

Orion Business Park currently extends to 43 acres and incorporates nearly 200,000sqft of commercial accommodation. The location has attracted interest from a number of developers who have acquired sites to develop a range of complimentary schemes. Orion Business Park is also home to Vroom Car Supermarket which incorporates a Subway sandwich shop.
