TFC appointed joint agents on 10,000 sq ft of offices at Cobra Court

Manchester, 13th March 2012 - The Joint LPA receivers of the two former Pinder Fry & Benjamin owned office buildings on Cobra Court, Trafford Park in Manchester have announced the appointment of TFC as joint agents alongside Jones Lang LaSalle. The self-contained buildings, units 23 and 17a, comprise a total of 10,000 sq ft of office space.

Ben Fallows, director from TFC commented: "We are pleased to be appointed on this landmark scheme. The quality of the buildings, coupled with the clients’ realistic price expectations, should ensure timely disposal of the few remaining buildings.”
Cobra Court comprises 28 buildings and is home to over 20 different occupiers. Just three units in total, ranging from 4,000 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft, now remain available on the scheme.

Paul Smith from joint leasing agents Jones Lang LaSalle added: “Cobra Court has been one of the best performing business parks in Greater Manchester over the last few years. We have enjoyed an excellent rate of success with recent transactions to Project Kitchens, who took 5,000 sq ft building on a five year lease, and M24/7 who has extended its existing operation through the purchase of two further buildings totalling over 8,000 sq ft.”
