Glenrothes estate snaps up fourth tenant in six months


Edinburgh, 5 April 2012 - Craig Mitchell House on Queensway Industrial Estate in Glenrothes has secured its fourth new tenant within the past six months with the arrival of Fife Powder Coating. The family-run powder coating business has signed a lease on Unit 1, comprising 4,322 sq ft at a rent of £3 per sq ft.
 
Other tenants to have secured premises at Craig Mitchell House this year include the Tyre Shop Auto Centre, The Coachworks and N Power, leaving just three Units available to let. Located in close proximity to both Glenrothes Town Centre and with good road links via the A92, Craig Mitchell House is situated adjacent to several well-known tenants on the estate including Jewsons, Kwik Fit and City Electrical Factors and also benefits from being situated close to local amenities. The building was extensively refurbished in 2011 and has since become an established trade counter location.

Units at Craig Mitchell House are available from 4,000 to 8,500 sq ft at quoting rents from £3 per sq ft pax for the larger units and £4 per sq ft pax for the smaller premises.
