Three Units Let At Leeds Out of Town Office Scheme

Leeds, 20th April, 2012 – Three office units totaling more than 5,000 sq ft have been let on the outskirts of Leeds.
The three units at Madison Court, Quayside, near Junction 7 of the M621, have been let to three separate enterprises jointly by the National Office Agency Team at the Leeds office of national property consultants, Jones Lang LaSalle and the Leeds office of Carter Towlers.
Unit 3 and Unit 9, both 2,000 sq ft, have been leased to Remote Asset Management and UED respectively for developer, Commercial Development Projects Ltd (CDP), Elland, the development arm of  family-owned property business, the Marshall Group.
Unit 7, which totals  1,500 sq ft, has been leased to  Atlas Biz on behalf of a private investor. All the leases are for between three and five years.
Jones Lang LaSalle, National Office Agency team, senior surveyor, Simon Dove, said: “Following a very quiet period during the recession these three lettings, in quick succession, confirm a modest uplift in demand for modern, good-value offices with car parking and amenities and is a trend we expect to continue.”
Madison Court is close to Leeds city centre and the motorway network and comprises nine self-contained units of which Unit 6 and Unit 8 are still available on a leasehold or freehold basis.
