Duncan Gilliard, Director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Central London Retail team, commented: "Strong demand from luxury brands in the West End at present, means we are seeing increasing expansion of the areas that retailers are looking to locate to. High demand for Mount Street and lack of availability means that Davies Street is attracting high end retailers,  and we would predict that the quality of tenant mix and rents will continue to grow on Davies Street over the next 12 months. It is interesting that it is also where new market entrants are looking to locate.”
