Jones Lang LaSalle bolsters central London residential team with two senior appointments

London, 30th May 2012 - Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed two new directors as part of a drive to strengthen their fast growing residential business. Tom Barton has joined the team as director – head of residential valuation following 27 years as head of residential valuation at DTZ. Tom is one of the most highly regarded and experienced valuers in the market and he joins Geoff Jordan who recently joined from DTZ.

The residential corporate finance business is also pleased to welcome Tom Upton from RBS who will specialise in sourcing and structuring funding for development and investment projects and for corporates operating in the residential market. Tom Upton is well known as a leading financier in the sector.
