Bradford’s Howard House welcomes new office occupier

In deal concluded by Jones Lang LaSalle and Sharma Williamson

Leeds,12th June 2012- Howard House, a prominent office building on Bank Street in Bradford, has welcomed the arrival of Woodspeen Training Limited in a property deal concluded by Jones Lang LaSalle and Sharma Williamson. 
The vocational training business, which provides apprenticeships and skills programmes, has taken 3,324 sq ft on the 3rd floor on a four-year lease from landlord Yorkshire Building Society.
Tom Brammeld, from joint leasing agents Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “This is an excellent deal in the current climate and is great news for Bradford to see market activity from within the office sector.”

The available office suites provide good quality accommodation at very competitive levels to suit all types of occupiers.”
