Jones Lang LaSalle expands in Exeter

Exeter, 28 June 2012 – Leading property consultancy Jones Lang LaSalle has expanded its Exeter team with the appointment of a new planning expert and new member of the office agency team.
Planning consultant Catherine Baddeley (née Caudwell) will provide comprehensive and tailored planning solutions to businesses and individuals in Exeter and across the South West. An experienced planning expert, Catherine’s role will boost Jones Lang LaSalle’s expertise in this area. She will work alongside a team of valuers and development surveyors who specialise in assessing the viability of potential new developments.
Since joining, Catherine has undertaken work for clients such as Exeter College, Imerys and Aggregate Industries. She is currently assisting with work on the redevelopment of Bishops Court Quarry.
Graduate Richard Yendle has joined the Exeter office as a consultant in the office agency team following considerable work experience and an internship with King Sturge (which merged with Jones Lang LaSalle last year). He has worked in a variety of departments including the Lease Advisory and Business Space teams as part of the RICS training program.
Richard will continue to work on agency instructions across the South West. Most recently he has been involved with the sale of development sites at Trevol Business Park and Elizabeth Hall.
Charles Kislingbury, head of the Exeter office said: "A business’s success depends on the people it employs and we are delighted to welcome Catherine and Richard to the team. Catherine’s impressive track record will bring valuable insight and expertise in the area of planning, whilst Richard has a huge amount of enthusiasm for both the role and the company and brings fresh inspiration to the team.”
