An advanced engineering factory of 236,000 sq ft on 57 acres
Cardiff Office, 1st October 2013. Linde Industrial Park in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales has come to the market through property consultants, Jones Lang LaSalle. The property, totalling 236,000 sq ft, is one of the largest, specialist, engineering plants to come to the market this year. Constructed in 1997, this modern factory occupies a self-contained site of 57 acres which provides room for 100% expansion, if required. Located in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales, the property benefits from Top Tier EU Grant status and financial assistance may be available to qualifying companies. The unit has most recently been used for the construction of heavy industrial trucks and container handlers, each weighing up to 65 tonnes. The main production unit has been configured to provide six production lines together with a high level of industrial fit out, which is available by separate negotiation.
