The Nottingham team won Estate Gazette’s East Midlands Property Adviser of the Year having transacted the most floor space proportionate to sector.

The award was picked up by Matthew Robertson, Associate Director - Agency and Development, at the annual event which was held for the first time at a ‘live’ building site at the RE:Fest regeneration seminar in Lenton, Nottingham.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Nottingham office went on to scoop a further two awards at Insider’s East Midlands Property Dinner which was presented in front of more than 400 of the region's top property professionals and investors.  Jones Lang LaSalle was named Agent of the Year, having transacted over 2,400,000 sq ft across the East Midlands, and also won The Deal of Year.
Matthew Smith, Lead Director – Jones Lang LaSalle Nottingham, said: “This triple award success is recognition for the fantastic work the Nottingham team has delivered for clients across all property sectors.  Beating off stiff competition, the team has succeeded in reinforcing their leadership with both volume and strength of deals completed and has continued to successfully grow our market share across East Midlands.”
