Sinemaster Opens First Scottish Branch


Edinburgh, 12 October 2012 – Sinemaster Motor Factors, one of the UK’s leading bodyshop businesses for the motor trade, has opened its first Scottish branch at Stenhouse Mill Wynd in West Edinburgh.

Sinemaster has signed a five year lease with landlord Aviva Investors for the recently refurbished Unit 28, comprising 2,921 sq.ft, with small secure yard at a rate of £20,477 per annum exc.

Sinemaster Motor Factors began trading from a Head Office site in Sheffield in 1972, selling number plates and replacement panels. The company now operates from 7 sites across the UK, providing a range of products to meet the needs of motor bodyshops and workshops.

Located just off the A71, Stenhouse Mill Wynd comprises two terraces of modern, refurbished industrial units suitable for a variety of occupiers, totalling 11 units ranging in size from 2,921 – 8,495 sq.ft. The terraces are situated on either side of a central access road with each unit benefiting from a demised tarmac loading and parking area.
