Dingbro Ltd Secure Full House at Tradetown

Glasgow, 8 January 2013 – Dingbro Ltd, Scotland’s largest independent motor factoring group has signed a new deal to let a third unit at Tradetown, Heathfield, in Ayrshire, allowing them to occupy all of phase one of the new build trade counter estate.

The firm has agreed a deal with Jones Lang LaSalle, acting on behalf of Truesdale Property Company, to let the third and final unit of phase one of the development. Dingbro has signed a new long term lease at the 4,000 sq ft property, paying an initial headline rental of £24,000 per annum, equating to £6 per sq ft.
Tradetown sits off the A77 in the Heathfield industrial district to the north of Ayr town centre, and offers easy access to the nearby Prestwick Airport. Other occupiers close by include Nationwide, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Howdens, Arnold Clark and Scotmin Nutrition.
Dingbro will use the premises in Heathfield to expand its business in Ayrshire. Headquartered in Aberdeen with 22 warehouses across Scotland, Dingbro Ltd is a wholesale distributer of motor vehicle components, bodyshop supplies and paint, as well as truck and trailer parts.

Truesdale Property Company has plans to develop phase two of the estate, situated directly across the road from the Dingbro site. Again, speculative units will be built ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 sq ft in size. Jones Lang LaSalle and J&E Shepherd will market the units on completion.
