LONDON, 5 October, 2017 - As part of its medium term workplace strategy, and reinforcing its commitment to doing business in London, JLL is planning to consolidate its commercial offices in the West End, City and Canary Wharf in to one location. The firm has launched a property search in the capital of up to 180,000 sq ft to create a new London hub for its 2,000 staff. Richard Howling, Chief Operating Officer, JLL UK said: “Bringing our three offices together in to one core location is a hugely exciting opportunity. A hub environment will allow us to provide the best workspace for our people, enabling them to work more collaboratively and productively in modern and dynamic space. “As technology continues to revolutionise working life, flexibility, connectivity and employee experience are key to JLL’s workspace transformation to ensure we are at the forefront of best in class working environments. “At this initial stage in our search, we are open minded about location so we are casting the net fairly wide across the city.” The relocation is expected to complete by 2022.
