JLL’s Bristol & Exeter offices announce raft of new promotions


SOUTH WEST, July 25, 2017 – Property consultancy JLL has announced nine new promotions in its Bristol and Exeter offices.

In Bristol, Adam Greenwood, in the residential valuation team, has been promoted to national director level, while Nicola Perry, in the property and asset management team, is now a local director.

PromotionsDaniel Withecombe and Matthew Armstrong, from the student and healthcare team, Tully Madge, from retail management, and Lisa Fone, from building consultancy, have all been made associate directors.

Adam Reed, in building consultancy, has been promoted to senior surveyor and Lisa Potts, from property and asset management, has now become a surveyor.

Exeter promotionsIn Exeter, Mark Walter, in the residential team, has been promoted to local director, whilst Adelle Moore and Kye Daniel passed their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) Exams to become qualified chartered surveyors.
