JLL grows Valuation Advisory team with the appointment of Tim Ainsley

​​​London, 24 July 2017 – Tim Ainsley has joined JLL as a Director in the Valuation Advisory team. 

Tim joins JLL from Quintain Ltd where he held a number of senior positions including Head of Valuation. Prior to this he was a Partner in Commercial Valuations at Knight Frank and has over 23 years of multi sector experience in both client and agent-side valuation. He  brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge and distinct expertise in the field. His achievements include innovating the Quintain valuation approach through reorganising the reporting process and establishing a central database as well as the development and management of the UBS Valuation mandate while at Knight Frank. Tim has been brought in to work on key portfolio valuation accounts with long standing core clients of JLL, as well as helping to further enhance the way in which JLL utilise technology to deliver valuation advice to their clients.

On Tim's appointment, Peter O'Brian, Lead Director of the National Valuation Advisory Team at JLL, said: "Tim is a significant hire for the National Valuation Advisory Team and brings with him a plethora of client-side experience, having worked at Quintain for 10 years. It's great to have him back at JLL and I look forward to working with him to shape this important part of our business."
