Jones Lang LaSalle Project and Development Services team goes from strength to strength

Growing Manchester team hires new surveyors and promotes existing team members

Manchester, January 2013 - As part of its on-going growth plans the Project & Development Services team has made two key appointments and promoted three existing team members.

Oliver Broadbent, who joins from Davis Langdon, and Matthew Benton, latterly of Drivers Jonas Deloitte, have both taken up roles as Senior Surveyors.
Oliver brings further major PFI development experience to the team having advised clients from across the private and public sectors.
Matthew brings significant public sector experience to his role at Jones Lang LaSalle having handled major project management and professional services instructions for his previous employers.

Alongside this recruitment, Richard Kelly and Jonathan Wiedemann have both been promoted to Local Director and Rob Critchley to Senior Surveyor, reflecting their on-going strong contribution to the business.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s Project and Development Services team in Manchester continues to advise a number of significant instructions across the North West including acting for Shell International, ThinkMoney ,Manchester University and GE Capital.
