JLL's Andrew Pearce in the running for a Michelmores Property Award

​LONDON, 20 April 2017 - JLL's Andrew Pearce has been shortlisted for The John Lawrence Special Contribution Award at this year's Michelmores Property Awards.

Andrew, a Director in JLL's Exeter Office Agency team, has over 25 years' of commercial property agency and consultancy experience in the South West, and is recognised as one of the region’s leading development specialists.

Tim Western, Lead Director in JLL's Exeter office, commented: "Andrew's contribution to property development in the South West has been immense. He's assisted with delivery of over three million sq ft of new-build or refurbished offices with a value of over £0.5 billion.

"A wide range of clients, from local businesses to the public sector, have benefitted from his professionalism and insight - a major reason why Andrew is advising on most of the strategic office developments in the South West. We are proud to see his achievements recognised with this award nomination."

Some of Andrew’s career highlights include:
  • The delivery of one million sq ft of commercial space on Exeter Business Park;
  • Bringing forward public sector developments at SkyPark, Exeter Science Park, White Rock, Plymouth International.
  • Advising private sector clients on Blackbrook and Firepool in Taunton; Peninsula Park, Woodwater Park, Pynes Hill, Capital Court and Southernhay Gardens in Exeter; and Langage Office Campus and RWY in Plymouth;
  • The creation of sustainable and statement office? buildings including The Senate, Gadeon House, Milford House, Oxygen House and recently the new IT Hall and Collaboration Building for the Met Office.

The annual Michelmores Property Awards celebrate the best of the South West property and construction industry. The winners will be announced at an awards dinner on Thursday 15 June 2017.
