LONDON, 24th January, 2017 – 2016 was a bumper year at Schroders-owned Acorn Industrial Park in Crayford, Kent, which totals over 421,618 sq.ft (39,168 sq.m) of trade counter, industrial and warehousing accommodation and is one of the prime business parks in south east London given that it is well positioned, close to both the M25 and Crayford town centre.New tenants welcomed to the estate have included: Delmark Lifting Equipment Ltd (unit 44), Sun Trade Windows (unit 4), Hermes (unit 5), Nationwide Window Cleaning (unit 37), Safety Lifting Gear (unit 13) and Teamframes Ltd (unit 16), who joined eight new tenants to the estate in 2015. In 2017, an ongoing programme of refurbishment works at Acorn are being undertaken by Schroders on units C2, 41 and 42, totalling 18,811 sq ft and will continue as other units become available. As a reflection of strong demand, both unit 9 and unit 19 have already gone under offer in the first two weeks of the year.Tim Clement, director in JLL’s Industrial & Logistics team, said: “These are exciting times at Acorn Industrial Park where we now have very limited availability.
