JLL hires Toby White as Director of Monitoring

​London, 17 October, 2016 – JLL’s Project Management team has appointed Toby White as Director of its Monitoring service line, based in Warwick Street, London.

Toby joins from CBRE’s Building Consultancy team where he built their funder monitoring service, and played a wider role in the management of the Cost Consultancy team. During his six years at CBRE, he provided broad ranging development advice and project monitoring as well as technical due diligence advice for funders, banks, and stakeholders in property development, construction and distressed asset recovery.

At JLL, Toby will build on the firm’s significant existing monitoring experience, and further develop the service line which offers monitoring and technical due diligence services to funders, investors, and stakeholders in development.
