JLL instructed to sell regional hotel portfolio in Colchester, Stratford-Upon-Avon & Dundee


​Annual Hotels Conference, 13 October 2016 - JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group has been instructed to market three hotels across the UK which can be purchased individually or as a portfolio.

The portfolio comprises three hotels in Stratford-Upon-Avon, Colchester and Dundee.

The Best Western Grosvenor Hotel in Stratford-Upon-Avon is a 73 bedroom hotel with five meetings and conference rooms situated in a world renowned tourist destination and within easy travel distance of Birmingham.

The Best Western Marks Tey in Colchester has 110 bedrooms with good transport links to London as well as two function rooms and eight conference and meeting rooms.

Both represent an opportunity to acquire free of management.

The 95 bedroom DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel is situated in Dundee and has recently been refurbished with development potential to add additional rooms and meeting and events space. The Dundee hotel market has witnessed growth in recent years as regeneration of the city centre has improved the attractiveness of the city centre to both leisure and corporate travellers alike.
