Electrical contractor buys Unit 8 Rhino Court

Piggott & Whitfield purchases 8,000 sq ft office building in Rhino Court, Hazel Grove, Stockport

Manchester, 13 March - Property Rhino Court (small).jpgconsultant Jones Lang LaSalle has successfully disposed of Unit 8 Rhino Court acting on behalf of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Electrical contractor Piggott & Whitfield was the purchaser.

Rhino Court consists of stand-alone Grade A office buildings from 4,141 sq ft to 10,697 sq ft within a well-developed landscaped setting. There is strong momentum for the units at present with three transactions in the last six months.

Greg Ball, associate director, office agency at Jones Lang LaSalle in Manchester, said: “The sale of Unit 8 to Piggott and Whitfield follows hot on the heels of the sales on Units 6 and 1 proving there is strong demand for high quality self-contained office buildings with good levels of parking that are competitively priced".

"There are only four units remaining which are also generating a strong level of serious interest".

Piggott & Whitfield were unrepresented. Matthews & Goodman are joint agents on the scheme alongside Jones Lang LaSalle.
